Law 11-210, the "Cable Television Franchise Amendment Act of 1996," was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 11-173, which was referred to the Committee on Economic Development. The Bill was adopted on first and second readings on July 3, 1996, and July 17, 1996, respectively.
