Law 2-32 was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 2-107, which was referred to the Committee on Employment and Economic Development. The Bill was adopted on first, amended first and second readings on June 28, 1977, July 12, 1977 and July 26, 1977, respectively. Signed by the Mayor on August 17, 1977, it was assigned Act No. 2-78 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review.

Law 4-40 was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 4-2, which was referred to the Committee on Public Services and Consumer Affairs. The Bill was adopted on first and second readings on June 16, 1981 and June 30, 1981, respectively. Signed by the Mayor on July 20, 1981, it was assigned Act No. 4- 67 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review.

Law 5-118, the "Deferred Compensation Act of 1984," was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 5-177, which was referred to the Committee on Finance and Revenue.
