§ 34-805. People's Counsel--Appropriations.

There are authorized to be appropriated, to carry out the purposes of §§ 34- 804 and 34-912, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1980 and for each fiscal year thereafter.

The Bill was adopted on first and second readings on July 17, 1979 and July 31, 1979, respectively. Signed by the Mayor on August 31, 1979, it was assigned Act No. 3-100 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review.
