Law 15-42, the "Cooperative Purchasing Agreements Amendment Act of 2003", was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 15-54, which was referred to the Committee on Government Operations. The Bill was adopted on first and second readings on July 8, 2003, and September 16, 2003, respectively. Signed by the Mayor on October 6, 2003, it was assigned Act No. 15-155 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review. D.C. Law 15-42 became effective on December 9, 2003.
